1. Overview
At KuntiBazaar, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless by arranging reliable delivery from your favorite local stores right to your doorstep.
2. How It Works
- Order Placement – Shop from your preferred local store listings. Choose “delivery” at checkout.
- Delivery Arrangement – Upon confirmation, we coordinate with your selected store and our delivery fleet (or partner) to pick up your items.
- Real-Time Tracking – You’ll receive an SMS or app notification with delivery status and the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Delivery – Your goods will be delivered directly to your provided delivery address.
3. Service Availability
- Coverage Area: Deliveries are available within a specific radius (e.g., 5 km) of your selected store. Coverage depends on store location. Check availability in the cart or product page.
- Service Hours: Deliveries are typically scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Timing may vary by store.
- Delivery Service available – depending upon availability of delivery person.
4. Delivery Fees
- Standard delivery fees are calculated based on order total and delivery distance.
- Promotional Offers: Occasionally, stores may offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount—watch for those offers in the app/site.
5. Order Processing & Timing
- Order Confirmation: We’re quick—most orders are confirmed by the store within 10–15 minutes.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 45–90 minutes from the time of confirmation, depending on traffic and distance.
- Special Requests: If you need delivery ASAP or at a specific time, please note this during checkout. We’ll do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee exact timing.
6. Delivery Methods
- In-House Fleet: KuntiBazaar-managed delivery team.
- Partnered Services: External delivery partners may be used during peak hours or in remote areas.
7. Order Tracking & Notifications
- You’ll receive:
- 🗹 “Order Confirmed” message when the store accepts your order.
- 🚚 “Out for Delivery” message when the delivery person collects your items.
- 📱 Live tracking link via SMS or app.
- Driver contact (mobile number) will be shared upon dispatch for any queries.
8. Receiving Your Order
- Delivery Protocol: The delivery person will hand over your order directly. Please inspect your items for accuracy and quality.
- At-Will Delivery: Doorstep delivery is default. You may specify “handover at gate/no-contact delivery” during checkout.
9. Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Dispatch: You may modify or cancel orders through call. A cancellation fee may apply if the store has begun processing.
- After Dispatch: If you cancel once the delivery is out, we incur costs. Customer support may advise a return or accept the delivery.

10. Delivery Issues & Refunds
- Missing/Damaged Items: Report within 30 minutes of delivery. We’ll investigate and replace items or refund your cost.
- Wrong Orders: Report immediately; we’ll arrange either pickup or replacement at no cost.
- Refund Process: After verification, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
11. Safety Measures
- All delivery agents are authorized, trained, and equipped with visible ID badges.
- Contactless delivery options available upon request.
- Delivery staff adhere to hygiene and social distancing guidelines.
